We started Gradscaler because we were tired of watching good ideas die in committee. Companies would come to us excited about AI — then get buried in 6-month discovery phases, bloated consulting contracts, and proof-of-concepts that never saw a real user.
We thought: what if there was a team that just built the thing? No discovery phase that lasts longer than the build. No 40-person team where nobody knows your name. Just a small group of engineers who understand AI deeply, care about your problem personally, and ship fast enough that you see progress before the first invoice.
That's Gradscaler. We take on a handful of clients at a time — because that's the only way to give every project the attention it deserves. We don't scale with headcount. We scale with leverage — better tools, better systems, better AI.
